Although the Local works to keep information accurate, website content may change and should not be treated as a substitute for an applicable collective bargaining agreement, union rule, employer instruction, or direct communication from an authorized representative.

Portal access is limited to authorized users. Users are responsible for keeping credentials secure, providing accurate information, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not access another person's account or interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

Website, portal, email, and SMS notices may assist with work opportunities and assignments, but an assignment is not final unless confirmed through the Local's authorized process. Workers remain responsible for reviewing confirmed call times, locations, venue instructions, and updates.

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, scrape protected information, impersonate another person, or use Local content or systems for unlawful purposes.

The site may use or link to third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and the Local is not responsible for third-party content.

The Local may update, suspend, or discontinue website or portal features and may revise these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
