IATSE Local 346 was organized on June 3, 1914, to represent professional stagehands in Central Kentucky. For more than a century, Local 346 workers have supported live entertainment and event production throughout Lexington and the surrounding region.

Local 346 has served Central Kentucky's entertainment industry since 1914. Its members and workers provide the behind-the-scenes skill, equipment support, and production labor required for professional live events.

Part of IATSE
Founded in 1893, the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees represents behind-the-scenes workers across live theatre, film and television, broadcasting, concerts, conventions, trade shows, and related crafts. IATSE local unions represent workers by geographic and craft jurisdiction, elect their own officers, conduct membership meetings, and work on behalf of their members.
What we do
Local 346 supplies skilled labor for concerts, theatre productions, corporate events, conventions, trade shows, stadium and arena events, university events, touring productions, and other live entertainment work.
