We may collect contact information, employment and union-related records, work availability, qualifications, training records, assignment and attendance information, website activity, and communications sent to or from the Local. Information is collected directly from individuals, through authorized union staff, and through the website and employee portal.

Information may be used to administer union operations, manage worker records, fill and confirm work calls, communicate assignments and schedule changes, provide member services, maintain security, meet legal or contractual obligations, and improve the Local's website and services.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records are used to provide dispatch, assignment, scheduling, and related operational messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile information, including SMS opt-in data and consent, will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that help us deliver and operate the messaging service, such as telecommunications carriers and platform providers, only as necessary to provide those services or as required by law.

We may disclose information to authorized union representatives, employers or production partners when necessary for a work assignment, vendors that provide services on our behalf, and government or legal authorities when required. We do not sell personal information.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for union operations, legal requirements, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements.

You may request corrections to your contact information by contacting the Local. For SMS messages, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not prevent the Local from contacting you through other lawful methods when needed.
