Security – OVG has implemented an entrance policy to minimize any risks to personnel in the venue. They obtain a list at designated entrances that they are not allowed to waver from. Please, be respectful of this and plan accordingly.
Stagehands – As all should know, we are a union representation in all aspects of this job. We prioritize union members due to their dedication, experience, and professionalism. Likewise, we arrange workers based on time, experience, reliability, and respectability. Like any profession you should present yourself in a professional manner and our list / arrangement of calls directly reflects our personal experience with individuals. Thanks for all you do.
Payroll – We operate on a biweekly pay period. It goes from Monday to Sunday and pays (direct deposit) the following Friday. Checks are mailed the following business day.

*Everyone is expected to arrive at least 15 minutes early in order to be in their designated department at the start of the call time. We will book future calls accordingly. Those that are assets to this team will get the calls. Remember this is work. When we check in be available for immediate assignment from the stewards. Thanks!
RAILBIRD – JUNE 6 &7 (Thursday & Friday are Main Load in Days)
You are expected to be at the stage at the start of your call time… Plan Accordingly. It takes time to get in there, to check in with Don , and get to your designated stage. It’s a hustle, but that’s just how these festivals go. Thanks!

Park is C lot closest to the Limestone Stage just past the Redmile Building. More information to come. Check in with Don by gate entrance (same as last year)

Payroll – Everyone must scan / follow the link and update or register with ADP Collective Payroll. It’s easy and if you’ve done it previously it’s just ensuring you get paid promptly and have correct information. 2 minutes tops!
Parking is dependent on your day of scheduled work and shift. Please read the description below to confirm your car is not towed. Please note that this can change from day to day and show to show, so check back frequently to ensure you have the latest information.

VINE STREET ENTRANCE DIRECTIONS AND MAP
See Map below for accepted lots and pathway to Vine If you park in Maxwell lot follow map to enter.
Enter via Vine Street Doors (down the steps to Vine Street – not through the Arena Lobby) – once inside, you turn right. A guard with a list with allow you entry.
Show Specifics
Concourse is open for full circulation so be mindful of this if you’re storing boxes on the concourse level. Put all boxes in a secured area behind an expandable gate to ensure patrons do not access contents or move/use during the show.
Load out is set for immediately following show ends. Floor patrons will exit from Club C so be mindful of them if you’re pulling carts/boxes from storage to Floor FOH.
